Intelligenza Artificiale, tra profili di responsabilità e protezione dei dati personali: aspetti de jure condito e prospettive de jure condendo

Abstract

In this contribution we intend to analyze, through a necessary regulatory examination, the most complex aspects that can arise in the use of Artificial Intelligence techniques. There is an ongoing challenge that permeates all sectors of daily life and, therefore, calls the public and private world to activate suitable guarantee mechanisms to safeguard the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens, even more so when these systems are used in healthcare.
