Abstract

The regulation of procurement relating to cultural heritage is the result of the need to reconcile the need to preserve the underlying logic of the regulation of public contracts with that of adapting it to the peculiarities and complexity of the cultural heritage sector. The difficulty of providing a uniform discipline is however connected on the one hand to the needs of protection and conservation of cultural heritage and on the other to the different types of goods and the variety of interventions that may affect cultural heritage
