Finanza di progetto: quale futuro a seguito della sentenza Urban Vision della Corte di Giustizia?

Abstract

This article analyses the impact of the CJEU judgment in Case C-810/24 (Urban Vision), which held that the promoter’s right of pre-emption is incompatible with the EU legal system, on the Italian project financing framework; in particular the paper examines the consequences of the ruling for national courts, public administrations and ongoing procedures, as well as its relationship with the infringement procedure against Italy, assessing the future of project financing under EU law.
