Abstract

The brief reflections that follow are aimed at investigating how the pandemic emergency has influenced the delicate relationship between the order of football and the general one, exacerbating the traits of conflict.
This is not the place to clarify the reasons that lead us to believe that, due to the level of complexity and development achieved, as well as the interests that it manages to coagulate around itself (and regulate), the organization responsible for the game of football has now achieved full dignity of autonomous system within the wider, although also autonomous, sports system. Therefore, and not without a minimum of assertiveness, the legal configurability of a football system is given, herein, for granted, in order to reason on the contrasting profiles with the general system, exacerbated by the pandemic in progress.
