Abstract

The contribution addresses a fundamental theme such as that of health, making a general reflection on the function of the judge when he addresses such a central theme in the life of all of us and, ultimately, of the very essence of the modern state. These reflections are particularly necessary, because the matter we are dealing with today can represent a sort of window of how the lawyer sees the profession of the judge today. At the same time, the moment becomes for the lawyer to better understand his role, in a sort of collective self-awareness in which judge and lawyer participate in the ancient rite of doing justice.
